Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SentrinelNet ("the Service"), operated by Xtrinel ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SentrinelNet is an AI agent security platform that provides vulnerability scanning, runtime monitoring, policy enforcement, and compliance auditing for multi-agent AI systems. The Service operates on a credit-based billing model where actions consume credits from your account balance.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are provisioned through Microsoft Entra External ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4. Credit System

Free accounts receive 100 credits per month, reset on the first of each calendar month. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits do not roll over. Pro accounts receive 2,000 credits per month with overage billing at $0.02 per additional credit. You may set a monthly overage budget cap through the Arbiter dashboard; once reached, credit-consuming requests are paused until the next billing cycle or until you increase the cap.

5. Acceptable Use

You must only use SentrinelNet to scan, monitor, and test AI systems that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization. Using the Service to attack, disrupt, or compromise systems belonging to third parties without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

6. Data Processing

Agent telemetry submitted to the Service (system prompts, tool schemas, agent configurations) is processed transiently to produce scan results and is not stored long-term. Scan results and findings are retained for 30 days. Blue Guardian event data is retained for 7 days on Free plans and 90 days on Pro plans.

7. Sub-Processors

The Service uses the following third-party sub-processors: Anthropic (AI-powered analysis for Crimson Hunter and Silver Auditor), Microsoft Azure (cloud infrastructure, authentication, database, and compute), Amazon Web Services (transactional email via SES), Stripe (payment processing and subscription management), and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection).

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, documentation, and all associated intellectual property. Scan results and compliance reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for your internal use.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

Free accounts are provided without any service level commitment. For Pro accounts, we make reasonable commercial efforts to maintain high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the status page at status.xtrinel.com.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
